You may be asked to submit some personal data such as name, business address, phone number or e-mail address if you wish to register with us. We do not request from you, or handle, access or store, any other personal details.

Please be assured that we will only use your data in accordance with the General Data Protection regulation and to any applicable privacy regulations. If you do not agree to this use, you should not tick the consent box during registration.
The reason for collection of this data is to enable us to provide our service to you, undertake relevant business transactions and to provide you with information on new product releases and technical articles.

c. Email occasional product updates and marketing information, where you have requested it and you have not unsubscribed.

AMG do not pass on or sell your personal data to any third parties. We will only pass on information about you as an individual to enable us to perform services requested by you (for example to send marketing communications, deliver goods or design networks) or with your prior consent.

Marketing Communications
If you register with AMG Systems Limited, we will ask you if you would like to receive email Marketing Communications. This is to keep you up-to-date with new product information. If you provide us with your consent to be included, you may ‘opt-out’ at any time by either selecting unsubscribe on any of our marketing items or e-mailing sales@amgsystems.com. From this point onwards you will receive no further marketing communication from us.

AMG Systems limited do not use cookies on our website www.amgsystems.com. However, some of the integrated third party website analytics and tools that we use do use cookies.
