Sustainability at AMG

To mark World Environment Day 2025, here's a look into some of the sustainability initiatives that we are implementing in order to achieve our goal of reducing carbon emissions by 50% by 2030.

Our Castleford site uses renewable energy from solar panels fitted on the roof. This means that the majority of our manufacturing, testing and production is powered by clean, renewable energy.

As part of our 2030 sustainability goal, we're also in the process of installing Electric vehicle charging points for all of our employees. By adding EV charging points at our office, we hope to encourage all of our team to use electric vehicles in the future.

All of AMG's industrial products are built with dual 5.2mm solid aluminium outer panels and 2mm fins for industry leading heat dissipation. Not only do they run efficiently, they are built to withstand the harshest environments, from the hot and dusty climate in the desert to the unforgiving conditions on offshore platforms.

Through constant development and product innovation, AMG are able to reduce the transport emissions of our products by making them smaller. Products like the AMG265M is an example of the same, reliable AMG product in an even smaller package to reduce power consumtion and make installation even simpler.

Brand-new for 2025, our AMG260M will now be shipped in plastic-free, recyclable packaging! The smaller, recyclable packaging means less space and weight is taken during transit, reducing the carbon emissions for every product shipped.

We are currently working on similar packaging innovations across the full range of our product catalogue so we can continue to reduce our footprint and contribute to a cleaner, greener future.
